I am a licensed professional clinical counselor, specializing in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety, and stress. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and look forward to helping you!

You deserve to be heard and to be seen. You deserve to be in a safe and comfortable setting that allows you to process your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

My office is a judgement free zone. You deserve a safe place to say the things that you may have never said to anyone else. And when you do, I will be here to support you and guide you along the way.

If you come for relationship counseling or marriage therapy I promise to not show bias, but to discuss the issues to gain a better level of understanding and to ensure that goals are reached, trust and accountability are held, and that the relationship is strengthen.
